Landsat Part of Maryland's Place in Space Expo

Landsat Education Specialist and MD Place in Space volunteer, Jeannie Allen, helps a visitor find his home on a large Landsat image of the Chesapeake Bay.

May 31 • The Landsat Education and Outreach team participated in the Maryland's Place in Space Expo at the Baltimore Convention Center on Saturday, May 31. Thousands of Marylanders attended the event. The Landsat booth provided opportunities to speak with Landsat staff and explore different Landsat images.
