Short Biography

Cassie Thibodeaux is a Librarian at the USGS National Wetlands Research Center in Lafayette, Louisiana.  Her primary focuses are on meeting the information needs of the Center's research staff and serving as co-content manager for the National Biological Information Infrastructure's (NBII) Central Southwest/Gulf Coast Information Node (CSWGCIN).  The CSWGCIN region represents a wide range of diverse biological communities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and the Gulf of Mexico. Thibodeaux provides access to information on this geographic area's habitat types, biodiversity, hazards, and geographic features, that comprise a wide range of ecosystems occuring within the region.
