Preparing for Severe Weather

U.S. Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) called on Congress to prepare for the strain on finances and infrastructure caused by the increasing number of extreme weather events in Illinois and across the country in Chicago on Monday, December 10. Durbin was joined by officials from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, Chicago Park District and Environment Illinois.
