Blockhouse Boat Ramp is open year round and is one of the most popular ramps on the lake. During the weekends and holidays in the summer months, this ramp will occasionally fill up and close, so be sure to get to the ramp early if it is a hot day. This ramp has a $5 boat launching fee that can be paid at the gatehouse when park attendants are on duty, or at the honor vault when the park attendants are off duty. Single cars are allowed, however there is limited parking as the ramp caters to vehicles launching boats. Additional free parking can be found just down the road at Blockhouse #1 Fishing Jetty.
