Summary
An application's user interface is accessible to all users when it does the following:
- Provides a name, role, value and state for elements in a textual way.
- Indicates when elements are invisible, disabled or unavailable.
- Indicates shortcut keys and mnemonics.
- Indicates order and hierarchy in a textual manner.
