PLEASE NOTE: Access to consular premises is allowed during working hours ONLY, unless otherwise authorized. Non-Immigrant visa services are by appointment ONLY, Monday through Thursday, between 7:45 am and 9:30 am. After 9:30 am, access to the Consular Section will be authorized for official government travelers ONLY. Applicants requesting Diplomatic/official visas should drop off their DS-160 confirmation page, passport and diplomatic note or official letter verifying travel between 7:45 am and 12:00 (Noon) Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed. For inquiries on both non-immigrant visas and immigrant visas, please send your email to abjvisa@state.gov |
VISA FEE
For tourist, business, student, and exchange visas (B1/B2,F,M,J) the fee is $160 (currently CFA 89,000) and must be paid directly at the Consular Cashier Window before the interview. For some visa classes and nationalities, additional issuance fees may apply. Please note that since May 09, 2012, the reciprocity fee of $10 for Côte d’Ivoire has been eliminated.
IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE
The following items are not permitted on the premises of the United States Consulate:
Weapons of any kind or size, sharp metal or glass objects, razor blades, liquids, bottles, powdery substances, umbrellas and electronic or battery-operated equipment (including cell phones, radios, tape recorders, cameras, personal digital assistants, computers).
