New Students (Incoming PCS/New Kindergarten)

New students (i.e., families new to the community) are encouraged to register by using the fillable forms for new students under the DOCUMENTS tab (New Students section). Print out and bring the completed forms to the school. If you can't print, the forms are available at the school. Please make sure that you have a copy of the sponsor's orders (with the student listed on the orders), the child's shot record (can be obtained at the clinic), proof of physical address within the last 90 days (if you are in a hotel, we need a receipt) and school records. A birth certificate or passport is used to validate your child’s date of birth. Your child must be at least 5 years old before 1 September 2013.

  • Kindergarten Students: If the current report date on the sponsors orders expire before 4 September 2013, provide extension orders.
  • Tuition Paying Students: Required CBL and a front & back copy of the sponsor's ID card.

Returning Students

Re-registration for SY 2013-2014 takes place March 18-22. All students are required to be re-registered every school year to determine eligibility. All fillable forms for returning students are located under the DOCUMENTS tab (Returning Students section). To expedite the re-registration process, fill-out and print the forms to bring to re-registration. Registration Form 600 will be provided when you arrive at the registration site for updates. All families need to provide proof of a current physical address in the form of a utility bill or rental agreement within the last 90 days. Tuition paying students will need a new CBL.

  • First & Second Grade Students: If the current report date on the sponsor's orders expire before 31 August 2013, provide extension orders
  • Kindergarten/PSCD Students: If the current report date on the sponsor's orders expire before 4 September 2013, provide extension orders.

Exiting Students (Outgoing PCS)

If sponsors are aware that they will be leaving between now and next school year, please notify the registrar as soon as possible so the withdrawal process can begin. Once you receive a copy of the PCS orders, provide it to the registrar.
