The NIH offers patients and patient visitors access to Parking, Shuttles, and information regarding Travel Services.
Parking Services
Patient and visitors are welcome to use the Clinical Center complementary self-park parking garage or valet parking services.
- at the Patient Parking Garage (P1) is Located on the west end of the building on Convent Drive. Enter the hospital through the lower level lobby (B1 level). Stop by the Hospitality Desk to validate your parking ticket. The South Elevators serve the parking garages. Parking attendants will be happy to assist you with any questions.
- Valet Parking Service located at the main entrance of the Clinical Center on Center Drive. Valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 7 am – 7 pm (excluding federal holidays). Present your valet claim ticket to the Hospitality Desk to have it validated.

Travel Services
NIH provides assistance for patients and their families with travel plans. Clinical Center Travel Agents can obtain plane, train, bus, and airport shuttle information, make new reservations or modify your existing reservations.
For assistance, call or visit the Travel Office in Building 10 on the first floor weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The telephone number 1-866-227-9339.
