Taking care of our Cadre (military and civilian), as well as our families and community is key to achieving balance and building resiliency. A secondary, but equally important mission is to take time to develop our junior leadership (Officer, Warrant Officer and NCOs) through Profession of Arms forums and combat / technical skills training. Leader development and presence is essential because we must have the capabilities, knowledge, experience, and opportunities to successfully build leaders who will return to the force prepared for any challenge. Accordingly, Soldiers will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to be victorious on today’s battlefield, and can successfully integrate into any organization.

The “Maintainers” have a proud history in training and producing “Warrior Mechanics”. We must continue to have skilled, professional Cadre, instructors and staff that are committed to the mission, each other and our families.
