ORDER GRANTING WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR REVIEW

   This case arose under the child labor provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 212-216 (West 1998 & Supp. 2011), and the implementing regulations at 29 C.F.R. Parts 570 and 516 (2011). On November 21, 2011, the Deputy Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor (DOL), petitioned the Administrative Review Board to review a DOL Administrative Law Judge's Decision and Order entered in this action on October 28, 2011.

   The Deputy Administrator has notified the Board that upon reconsideration, she has decided not to pursue the appeal of the Administrative Law Judge's Decision and Order. Therefore, she has filed with the Board a notice of withdrawal of her petition for

review. Accordingly, the Board grants the withdrawal of the Deputy Administrator's petition for review and closes this case.
