Chief Master Sgt. Nancy L. Judge is the Command Chief Master Sergeant, 39th Air Base Wing, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. In this capacity, she serves as the principal senior enlisted leader and advisor to the commander on all matters influencing the health, morale, welfare, training, readiness, professional development, quality of life and effective utilization of more than 5,000 U.S. active-duty, Guard and Reserve service members, as well as civilian and contractor personnel within the wing, its two geographically-separated units, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps and multinational forces supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and New Dawn.

Judge is from Northlake, Ill., and entered the Air Force in August 1985. Her initial career field was aircraft armament systems technology where she served as both a B-1B load crewmember and squadron lead crewmember. Judge also completed special duty tours as a military training instructor and airman leadership school instructor before retraining into the communications-computer career field. Before assuming her current position, she was the Superintendent, 624th Operations Center, 24th Air Force, Lackland Air Force Base,
Texas.
