03 Video - BPAs In-Depth
This video further describes BPAs and differentiates between single award and multiple award BPAs. Recently, there have been major changes to single award BPAs and when they can be used; multiple award BPAs are encouraged whenever possible as they offer competition. Multiple award BPAs also offer flexibility, lowered pricing, and continually move contractors on and off of the vehicle to ensure high performance. The video also highlights the importance of using contract vehicles already in place, such as GSA’s Schedules and BPA’s.
