Patient and Family Centered Care Update

Help us help you! Patient and Family Centered Care is starting its 4th year! Just to mention a few; we have improved the referral process, lab results, and established patient advisors to assist us with projects. When we hired new personnel at Winn, we have patient advisors on the panel interview process. We want to make sure we are hiring the right person for the right job.

We are looking for 2009 to help us increase patient advisors. We want to improve how we may help you! We are listening to your concerns; help us with an investment of your time to help improve our services.

Winn Army Community Hospital is here to help and will come to you! If your unit or family members would like a representative from the hospital to come to you and speak about a particular topic or TRICARE in general, we are available.
