Food Service Branch
Provide efficient and effective oversight of food service related matters. Support, sustain (5) Dining Facilities (DFACs) with a customer base of approximately 5K Soldiers. Ensure garrison DFACs provide nutritionally balanced meals to the “WARFIGHTER.” Monitor and advise dining facility personnel on policies and procedures regarding DFAC operations and customer service.
