Ramadan-Hayit Greeting from the U.S. Ambassador

On behalf of the American people, I would like to send my warmest wishes to the people of Uzbekistan on the occasion of Ramadan-Hayit.

Over the past month, many followers of Islam around the world, including those in the United States and Uzbekistan, have sought to purify themselves through fasting and spiritual reflection.  Ramadan-Hayit is a time to celebrate the blessings of this renewed faith with friends and family.
