Event: Burkburnett High School 15th Annual Fastpitch Softball Tournament
Request: Volunteers to work entry gates, prep fields
Event Date: Thu-Sat 21 - 23 Feb 
Volunteer Times: Sign up for times between Thurs. 21 Feb 8:30am-7:00pm, Fri. 22 Feb 8:30am-8:00pm, Sat. 23 Feb 8:30am-6:00pm

MARCH
EVENT: Special Olympics North Texas - Basketball Competition
REQUEST: Volunteers to help with set-up/tear down, scorekeepers, medics, meal service, etc.
DATE/TIME: Sat 2 Mar from 8 am - 4 pm
LOCATION: Midwestern State University, 3410 Taft Blvd, Wichita Falls
MISC: This is a large event as part of our Spring Games 2013. We will be competing in two gyms at MSU. Volunteers will be needed in both gyms throughout the day.

EVENT: St. Patrick's Day Downtown Street Festival
REQUEST: Volunteers to help run event 
DATE/TIME: Sat 16 Mar 3:00 pm (5K Race) 5:00 pm (Festival)  volunteer anytime between 8 am-12 am
LOCATION: Downtown Wichita Falls (Ohio, Lamar St etc)
MISC: We need volunteer groups for Set Up, 5K Race,security, tear down, clean up, etc.

EVENT: Wichita Adult Literacy Book Fair
REQUEST: volunteers to help box up donated books and set up for book fair; volunteers working during the sale will be totaling customers' orders, straightening books, helping customers carry books to their vehicles and helping direct customers as needed. They can also work partial shifts as needed.

APRIL
EVENT: THOR - Texoma Hellacious Obstacle Run
REQUEST: Volunteers needed to set up, work, clean up, tear down obstacles
DATE: Sat, 6 Apr
TIME: first group out at 9am; volunteers needed earlier for first shift and in the afternoon for second shift (you can work both)
LOCATION: parking is at the Bridwell Ag Center (behind MPEC)
MISC: dress appropriately for weather, set up and tear down of obstacles - work boots and long pants for safety; on event day, sports workout attire; volunteer t-shirts will be provided
