PeptGen Peptide Generator

Purpose: To generate sets of overlapping peptides that can be used for peptide design and epitope mapping.

How to use: Paste or upload amino acid sequence(s) in any valid sequence format. Change the default values for the other parameters as needed. You may want to use an HIV consensus sequence as input. For additional details, see PeptGen Explanation.
