The DHS S&T Directorate’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Office selected three companies to receive grants in response to the joint-agency Federal Funding Opportunity (FOA) in robotics (PAR-10-279) which closed in December 2010. DHS grants were made to: FiveFocal LLC (Boulder, CO); Nokomis, Inc. (Charleroi, PA); and Sandia Research Corporation (Mesa, AZ). The Phase I six month period of performance ends on March 14, 2012.
