FMCSA's Web Publication Schedule

Section 207(f)(2) of the E-Government Act of 2002 requires Federal agencies to develop an inventory of information to be published on their Web sites, establish a schedule for publishing information, post the schedules on the Web site, and make those schedules available for public comment.

FMCSA's public Web sites were developed as an information and services hub for citizens and business partners. Consequently, FMCSA's Web sites already offer most of the information commonly requested under the Freedom of Information Act and through e-mail and telephone contacts. However, to ensure compliance with Section 207 of the E-Government Act, the Departmental Web Team reviewed the content provided on the FMCSA Web presence. Based on that review, FMCSA identified the inventory of information and publication schedules available below for each public Web site.

If new information becomes available at FMCSA that is important to the public, we are committed to putting it on our Web site. If you have suggestions for additional information that should be made available, please send your comments to FMCSA's Web Manager at FMCSAFeedback@dot.gov.
