U.S. Amy Europe has rescinded the previous regulation regarding HK and AD due to policy change, individuals who have HK or AD plates on their vehicle will now be required to switch out their plates with German plates at the time of registration renewal. New proof of insurance is required when changing vehicle registration plates. These plates must be switched out with German plates. This applies only to automobiles; not applicable motorcycles.
