CBRE offers strategic advice and execution for property sales and leasing; corporate services; property, facilities and project management; mortgage banking; appraisal and valuation; development services; investment management; and research and consulting.
CBRE has established an energy efficiency commitment of achieving on average a 20% energy reduction target by 2020 over a 25 million square foot portfolio. The reduction strategies will include multiple efforts such as providing resource and training support to CBRE management staff, implementing no cost and low cost opportunities to increase operational efficiencies and improve facility energy performance as well as encourage capital funding from its clients to perform equipment and retrofit upgrades as applicable to further drive efficiencies.
