Description

This Sealed Bidding module builds upon the sealed bidding process presented in CON 110, Mission-Support Planning. This course is designed to provide acquisition professionals experience in understanding and reviewing sealed bidding concepts and processes when contracting for supplies and services. The module covers: pre-solicitation concerns; procedures for soliciting bids; methods for bid receipt and correct handling of bids; procedures to correct common mistakes in bids and selection of the correct contractor for award.
