Lounge
What is it?
- A place to meet other students for lunch or coffee
- A meeting room for seminars or interest groups
- A quiet spot to read or relax
Where is it? - Building 10 / Room 6S235A: Take the main elevators (closest to the "old side") to the 6th floor. Adjacent to the elevators is an empty reception desk. Behind the desk is room 6S235A, marked with a sign for the Graduate Student Lounge. Your NIH badge will unlock the door. If your badge does not open the door, contact Adrian Warren for access.
What will I find there? - The Lounge is equipped with a screen for presentations; a television; microwave; an Apple computer and a printer; and tables, chairs, and armchairs. It also has a great view of the NIH campus and Bethesda. Lounge Rules:
- Log off the computer when you are through.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Graduate student meetings have priority for the use of the Lounge.
