DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge Training
Objectives:  The objectives of this training are listed as follows.
 
  • Affect physical security of computer hardware and software.
  • Limit access to computer equipment to authorized users only.
  • Prevent computer fraud, waste and abuse.
  • Implement effective contingency planning.
  • Report security problems to the chain of command.
  • Protect computer files from infection by malicious logic.
Note:
  • To meet Army requirements, all personnel must complete the training and score 70% or greater on the IA Awareness exam.
  • Two certificates will be generated upon successful completion of the training and exam, both certificates are required for all personnel:
    • The first certificate will be offered after completion of the training module, if you do not print it at that time you will have to "redo" the training in order to receive it at a later time.
    • The second certificate will be available after successfully passing the exam (see Login Page for information on printing certificates). This certificate will be signed by the SIT Director.
