Synopsis:
Victorino Villalobos-Mendoza, a citizen and national of Mexico, was a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States. On August 19, 2010, Villalobos was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact in the 275th Judicial District Court in the County of Hidalgo in the State of Texas. Due to this conviction, Villalobos was taken into ICE custody and he was placed into removal proceedings for having been convicted of an Aggravated Felony. On March 3, 2011, Villalobos was ordered removed to Mexico by an Immigration Judge and he was physically removed to Mexico on March 7, 2011. On August 2011, information was received from a local law enforcement agency that VILLALOBOS was back in the United States and that he had been seen at a local supermarket in Edinburg, Texas after his removal to Mexico.
