- Portillo-Nunez received a Notice to Appear in immigration court in October 2008 and failed to appear for a hearing before an immigration judge in Baltimore, Md., in December 2008. He was subsequently ordered removed in absentia. Portillo-Nunez is currently wanted by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department for rape by force or fear and lewd act with a child younger than 16 years old.
