seminar for union officials representing labor organizations located in Western New York state and Northwestern
Pennsylvania. The topics will include formal presentations on completing and filing LM reports and financial recordkeeping and internal controls. There will also be opportunities for
union officials to meet individually with OLMS staff to ask questions specific to their unions and receive one-on-one compliance assistance with filing the LM report.

As part of America Saves Week, the Department of Labor's Employee Benefits Security Administration in coordination with the Consumer Federation of America and the U.S. Small Business Administration will hold a free webcast for small businesses and their service providers on retirement savings plans and direct deposit. The webcast will discuss the retirement savings options available to small businesses, how direct depoist can help employees save for retirement at work and help employers by simplifying business processes, and how small businesses can grow to the point where they can consider retirement savings plans.
