The CGEMS Data Portal hosted by caBIG is no longer operational. The genotype data from each of the CGEMS projects is now only accessible through the database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) . where it will be made available for download by accredited investigators, upon approval of a Data Access Request. To initiate such a request please complete the online registration process through dbGaP where you will find step-by-step instructions.
