Services:

- Serves as the advisor to the Commander on all officer and enlisted personnel related matters.
- Plans and implements the Command Sponsorship Program.
- Ensures appropriate assignment of enlisted personnel.
- Provides routine assistance visits to medical centers and medical department activities (MEDCEN/MEDDAC).
- Maintains strength accountability of all MEDCEN/MEDDAC Army personnel.
- Maintains the ERMC Professional Officer Filler Information System (PROFIS) roster.
- Monitors the command's Military Awards and Decorations Program.
- Provides support for all personnel actions to include unit level systems.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains the command's official military personnel rating schemes.
- Implements and maintains the command promotion system.
- Maintains a suspense system for Officer Evaluation Reports (OERs) and Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Reports (NCOERs).
- Conducts staff assistance visits to subordinate units.
