HANOI, November 15, 2012 -- Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training, the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and implementing partner Catholic Relief Services (CRS) today launched a three-year project devised to enhance access to and quality of inclusive education for Vietnamese children with disabilities through information and communication technology (ICT) by reducing their difficulties in accessing to quality education.
