When your Every Door Direct Mail Retail mailing is in an area not served by your local Post Office™, you'll have to get it to the Post Office that serves that area. El modo más rápido y eficiente es usar Priority Mail. Simplemente siga estos pasos:

Paso 1: Prepare el paquete.
Place your prepared Every Door Direct Mail Retail mail, in bundles with facing slips, in boxes. You can even use Priority Mail Flat Rate™ Boxes.

Paso 2: Incluya la documentación.
One of the boxes with your Every Door Direct Mail Retail mailing must contain an envelope with the following:

  • Correspondencia de muestra
  • Check or money order made out to "Postmaster" or "Postal Service" for the amount of postage for your Every Door Direct Mail Retail mailing (not for the Priority Mail shipment, that's paid when you ship). Incluya su número de teléfono en la parte delantera del cheque.
  • Completed Every Door Direct Mail Retail Postage Statement (Form 3587). The same one you would have brought to your local Post Office if you were mailing from there.

Paso 3: Etiquete y numere las cajas.
On each box, write (handwritten acceptable) "Every Door Direct Mail Retail" and "Open Immediately." Para varias cajas, debe numerar los paquetes, comenzando con 1 de X, donde "X" representa el número total de cajas del envío (p. ej., 1 de 6, 2 de 6, 3 de 6, etc.). Paso 4: Envíe las cajas.
Address your boxes to “Postmaster” at the Post Office you are sending them to. To send them, you may either bring the boxes to your local Post Office or use online shipping. Todas las cajas deben incluir Delivery Confirmation™. With online shipping, you will receive free Delivery Confirmation and Free Carrier Pickup™.
