I am looking for a step by step instruction on placement into the Pro restraint chair and the ERC.

We have an .avi file from Tom Hogan, the president of ERC who manufactures the Emergency Restraint Chair. It is a step by step "how-to." Unfortunately, the file is too large to email to you (even compressed). I suggest you contact the manufacturer directly. http://restraintchair.com/default.htm

You can go to http://restraintchair.com/ and go to the contact list and call them they will send you a brochure showing step by stap and they will also send the DVD showing it.  They will send this to you free.
