Former RI Assistant Adjutant General for Air Promoted to Two Star!

Major General (MG) Thomas J. Haynes, Air National Guard (ANG) assistant to the commander, Air Mobility Command (AMC), and former Assistant Adjutant General for Air, Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG), was promoted to Major General in the Rhode Island State House Rotunda, Providence, RI. Loading Up in Record Time
