The 82nd Airborne Chorus stands at attention as Colonel Merle D. Hart, commander of the 440th Airlift Wing, presents each of them with a coin designed to commemorate the Nose Art Dedication Ceremony at Pope Air Force Base, N.C, on August 25, 2009. 440th dedicates C-130 nose art to the 82nd Airborne

The 82nd Airborne Choir performs during the nose art dedication on Pope Air Force Base, N.C. The 440th Airlift Wing dedicated a the nose art of a C-130 with tail number ending in 82 to the 82nd Airborne. The 82nd and the 440th have a long tradition together dating back to World War II.
