Associate Director Thomas H. Williams presented a paper on “What Works? Evidence Based Practices in Parole and Probation” in Shanghai, China in October of 2006. The offer was extended by the University of Maryland, Office of International and Executive Programs. Tom is responsible for the Community Supervision Services division of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency. He is the former Director of Parole and Probation for the State of Maryland.

McKinley Rush is a Deputy Associate Director with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency. In his 35 year career, McKinley gained a reputation as an outstanding leader in the community corrections field. He shares his history as a Correctional Officer and a youth counselor before entering adult parole supervision with the District of Columbia, and the beginning of the federal Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, a federal, executive branch agency.
