Summary:

The Army College Fund (ACF) has been suspended since 1 October 2011. The option may be reinstated in the future.

The Army College Fund (ACF) is an enlistment incentive option designed to aid in the recruitment of highly qualified Soldiers for critical or shortage Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). The ACF supplements the basic Montgomery GI Bill (MGIB) entitlement.

Eligibility:

Army National Guard Soldiers on federal active duty are not eligible for the Army College Fund. ACF is an enlistment incentive option designed to aid in the recruitment of highly qualified Soldiers for critical or shortage Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) in the Regular Army.

Army National Guard Soldiers on federal active duty may be eligible for the Montgomery GI Bill-Selected Reserve (MGIB-SR).
