Summary

San Diego: Sylvia Guardarrama pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in San Diego, CA, to using a false identification to obtain an airport security badge at San Diego that provided access to the secured area of the airport. Guardarrama was sentenced to 2 years’ probation and fined $300. Boston: Two illegal foreign nationals, Luc Richard Choulette, of Newton, MA, and Sigifredo Martinez, of Chelsea, MA, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Boston, MA, to making false statements on their applications for a security badge, use of a counterfeit Alien Registration Card, and misuse of a social security number. Both defendants were employed at Logan International Airport, where Choulette was a pre-departure checkpoint screener with Argenbright Holdings Limited and Martinez was a cleaner with One Source, Inc.
