Trucking Company, Owner Sentenced in Driver Log-Fraud Case

Summary

Barry Sather Truck Service Inc., a Brooklyn Park, MN trucking firm, was sentenced in Federal court in December 1998, to a $15,000 fine and 24 months probation.
