YR3: During Deployment, Families & Rear Det                          YR6: Post Mob, +90 Day, Soldiers Only

 1. Deploying Soldiers may invite two Family Members per Family designated event, those Family Members will receive an Invitational Travel Autorization (ITA), if eligible. Additional Family Members may be invited but will not be eligbible for travel reimbursement.

2.  Invitational Travel Authorizatons will not be accepted after the event. They MUST be submitted prior to the event.

3. The Soldier's unit is responsible for pay, lodging, transportation, and rations. Soldiers are not authorized Invitational Travel Authorizations.

4.  Travel distance is based from home zip code to the event location zip code.     

 ** Flights are determined on a case-by-case basis for a distance greater than 300 miles. Only flights within the State of California will be authorized.
