Heart Failure Provider Network: Membership
Can Anyone Join?
There is no limit to the number of people who may join per facility. Currently, the HF Provider Network includes a mix of physicians, advanced practice nurses and researchers.
How Does the Heart Failure Provider Network Communicate?
We hold bi-monthly live meetings and conference calls. These sessions include announcements, discussion of new projects and trials, funding opportunities and description of one facility’s heart failure program. In addition, there is an Annual HF Network Meeting (in-person) held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Heart Failure Society of America (www.hfsa.org). This is for those Network members who are able to attend the HFSA meeting. Other members join via conference call. Contact HF Network to find out the date and location for the next Annual HF Network Meeting. The HF Network also communicates via e-mail.
