ABIDJAN – On February 1, the Ambassador of the United States of America, Phillip Carter III, and Ivoirian Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister, Responsible for Economy and Finance, Niale Kaba, formally signed an agreement forgiving certain debt owed by Cote d’Ivoire to the United States Government.
