• March is Women's History Month

March is Women's History Month, highlighting the contributions of women to events throughout history and contemporary society. For nearly 100 years, American Legion Auxiliary members have lived and breathed the motto of Service Not Self in support of veterans, military and their families.

As the world’s largest women’s patriotic service organization, our membership of nearly 800,000 is fiercely dedicated to serving, helping and meeting the needs of others.

Our mission continues to focus on veterans, military and their families. And our members contribute volunteer hours and dollars that total in the billions. To all Auxiliary members: Thank you for all that you do!
