The AFA is a non-profit foundation comprised of member and associate member organizations across the United States dedicated to providing care to individuals affected by Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses. The Foundation's goal is to meet the educational, social, practical and emotional needs of individuals with the disease and their families and caregivers through its nationwide hotline, support groups, conferences and other hands-on services.
