Dredging Statistics

This project supports the Civil Works Navigation Program through the collection, processing and distribution of dredging and lock data and information. The activities include developing and implementing proponent requirements, as well as database management, operation, enhancement, quality assurance, user assistance, training, and compliance with security requirements. Data are used for operational and strategic management decisions, as critical elements for the budget process, performance indicators of navigation projects and programs and input for navigation studies. The expected outcome of this project is to have timely, accurate data and information available to meet the needs of the Corps navigation community.
