The 374th Airlift Wing includes four groups: operations, mission support, maintenance and medical. Each group manages a various number of squadrons in order to carry out the wing's mission. 

Yokota Air Base is also home to U.S. Forces Japan, a joint service headquarters coordinating matters affecting U.S. and Japanese defense relations, and Fifth Air Force, whose mission is to enhance the U.S. deterrent posture and, if necessary, provide tactical fighter and military airlift support for offensive air operations.

374th Airlift WingThe 374th Airlift Wing is responsible to the commander of 5th Air Force for C-130, C-12 and UH-1 operations including tactical airland and airdrop, as well as aeromedical and distinguished visitor airlift.  View the wing fact sheet including a list of support agencies.

374th Mission Support GroupThe 374th Mission Support Group is responsible to the 374th Airlift Wing commander for command, control and direction of support activities to 374th Airlift Wing and 32 tenant units to include Headquarters U.S. Forces Japan and 5th Air Force.  View the unit fact sheet including a list of subordinate units.
