Environmental Restoration Environmental Restoration

The mission of the 90th Missile Wing Environmental Restoration Management Program is to take appropriate actions to reduce or eliminate the potential risks to human health or the environment caused by environmental contamination resulting from past Air Force activities. In 1990 F.E. Warren AFB was designated as a National Priorities List (NPL) site and entered into a federal facilities agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) in 1991. Therefore, all cleanup decisions are made in close coordination with EPA and WDEQ, and are reviewed by the public prior to implementation. An Information Repository containing documentation on the Restoration Program is maintained for public review and is accessible at the following location:
