Provide equitable, effective and efficient management of Fort Detrick human resources, Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP), Detrick Center for Training and Education Excellence (DCTEE), and Military Personnel Division (MPD) to support mission readiness and execution, and enable Soldiers, civilians and family members, career support and personal development.
