The Fiscal Year 2011 Annual Performance Plan (APP) and Revised Final FY 2010 APP has been published. It establishes FY 2010 agency-level performance measures and targets, as well as those proposed for FY 2011. The APP is also part of the agency’s annual budget request, which can be found at http://www.socialsecurity.gov/budget/, Justification of Estimates for Appropriations Committees.
