Visiting NREL

The National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) has research facilities and offices at several locations in Golden, near Boulder, and in Washington, D.C. In Golden, Colorado, you'll find the NREL Visitors Center, along with many of our research laboratories and administrative offices. The National Wind Technology Center is a separate facility located about 5 miles south of Boulder.
