Life Technologies Increases Production Capacity in U.S.
Life Technologies Corp., a global biotechnology company, announced plans in September 2010 to expand its facility and production in Frederick, Maryland. The development is expected to add 100 new jobs by the end of 2011 and follows a previous expansion of the Frederick site in 2009 that created 50 local jobs.
